Curator's Statement |

 Time & Space Limited encompasses a rich history not contained in any theatre textbook. Since its conception, TSL has broken through the boundaries of conventional theatre, by transcending the confines of narrative, and integrating dance, music, visual art, light design, language and sound.
As we continue to unearth boxes of radical experimental theatre, our challenge is to preserve a quickly dissipating collection of powerful work for reference as well as the creation of new performance pieces. We created the Archive Project to explore the expanding relevance of Linda and Claudia’s work, to illuminate its artistic and socio-political significance and to celebrate its historical location in experimental theatre. We present the Archive Project not to dwell in the past, but to make accessible a vast resource that can open new doors in performance for students, scholars and the community at large. —Hannah Jarrell & Emily Malina |
